Hello, and welcome to my site.

My name is Janie Still and I am an accredited hypnotherapist with a new practise at The Kingston Natural Health Centre, Kingston- Upon-Thames, Surrey, KT2 6ND.

I studied at Hypnotic Solutions Training School under the tutorage of Brian Jacobs of Harley Street.

For over thirty years I have taught yoga and meditation to thousands of students which aroused in me a keen interest in the incredible but mostly mysterious power of the human mind, this has culminated in me becoming a hypnotherapist.

Being a hypnotist has enabled me to draw upon a vast reservoir of knowledge gained from the many courses and workshops that I have attended for most of my adult life.

Hypnosis was a natural progression for me, and the profound change that occurs in my clients lives is testament  indeed to its positive effectiveness.

Hypnosis is a much needed tool in the 21st Century, a time when obesity, stress levels, anxiety, phobias, addictions, anger and fear, to name but a few, have reached epidemic heights.

I sincerely believe that through hypnosis we can help the people that come to us overcome their difficulties by assisting them to connect to their own innate healing ability, allowing them to move forward to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
