Stress
Stress is the underlying cause of most all ailments plaguing us in the 21st Century: Anger, migraine, ulcers, depression, hair loss, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, obsessive-compulsive or anxiety disorder, sexual dysfunction, and possibly cancer.
In fact, it’s been estimated that as many as 90% of doctor’s visits are for symptoms that are at least partially stress-related.
Hypnotism can help you to learn how to relax in a short space of time.
By using specific techniques, hypnotherapists reach the subconscious part of the mind where all information is held, from the day you were born to the present day, and place positive, calming suggestions there that can be utilized whenever you find yourself becoming stressed out.
During a Hypnosis session you will also receive instructions for self-hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy gives a unique quality of rest to your mind and body.
Whatever your situation, stress need not damage your health. If you seek help now, you can quickly get on the road to a healthier, happier life.
